TAGIYEV Gahraman Farman oglu was born on April 11, 1947 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute named after MFAkhundov (1968-1973). He worked as a teacher at the secondary school No. 5 named after H.Javid in Nakhchivan (1974-2012). He is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2017) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan (2013). He held a solo exhibition at the Nakhchivan Business Center (2013), the Bahruz Kangarli Art Gallery of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2015) and a jubilee exhibition dedicated to the 70th anniversary of his birth (2017). He is a participant of the IV and V International Art Festival "Nakhchivan-Cradle of Mankind" (2018, 2021). “Nakhchivan-95” won the first place in the poster nomination in the “My Country” festival-competition held by the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2019). He is an active participant in exhibitions and events organized by the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. His works are kept in Baku, Nakhchivan, Nakhchivan State Art Gallery, Huseyn Javid's House Museum, Bahruz Kangarli Museum, Nakhchivan State Salt Museum and many private collections.
