GULIYEV Orkhan Muzaffar oglu was born on 28.05.1978 in Boyukduz village of Babek region and died on 24.08.2020 in Nakhchivan city. Artist. He graduated from Nakhchivan State University with a bachelor's degree in Painting, Fine Arts and Labor (1998-2002). He was a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2011) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He was an active participant in an exhibition held by the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. He worked as a designer-artist at the Nakhchivan Memorial Museum (2002). Participated in the II, III and IV International Art Festival "Nakhchivan - the cradle of humanity" (2014,2016,2018). His works are preserved in the Nakhchivan State Art Gallery, in many private collections in Baku and Nakhchivan.
