Nafisa Gilmanova

     She was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She studied at the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin in Petersburg. Since 2000, she has been a member of the Creative Union of Artists at the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. She is the author of more than 500 works of art, participant of more than 80 national and international exhibitions, 6 individual exhibitions. She is a participant of many International ART Symposiums on modern art held in Russia, China, Korea and Turkiye. She works as a researcher-artist. She is a participant of individual and mixed exhibitions, symposia. Her works have been exhibited in many countries and are kept in private collections. She is an honorary member of the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan.
