Hajiyev Chinar Sahib oglu was born in 2001 in Kelenter, Ordubad region.
He graduated from Sabirkand secondary school in 2017.
In 2018, he was admitted to the Nakhchivan Teachers' Institute, majoring in TSPX.
He is currently studying at the same institute.
He is a member of the Young Artists Department of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR.
He participated in many exhibitions and competitions held in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
