Seyidova Fergana Akbar gizi
He was born on August 29, 1997 in Shakarabad village of Babek region.
From 2003 to 2012, he studied at the Shakaraabad village high school.
During 2012-2016, he studied at Nakhchivan State Technical College, majoring in Traffic Management.
In 2019, he was admitted to the Faculty of Fine Arts of Nakhchivan State University, majoring in Fine Arts Teaching, and is currently studying in that specialty.
He is a member of the Young Artists Department of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR.
He participated in many exhibitions and competitions held in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
