NABIYEV Hatem Nabi oglu was born on May 11, 1959 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade (1979-1983). He is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan () and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He is a Presidential Fellow, a second-degree Karabakh veteran. He started working in the Nakhchivan Art Department (1983). He has participated in many mixed exhibitions in Nakhchivan and Baku. His works are preserved in many private collections in Nakhchivan and Baku.
