The newly appointed Cultural Attaché to the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Nakhchivan, Mohammad Reza Pakravan, was a guest of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and got acquainted with the exhibition hall named after B. Kangarli. Our guest, an honorary member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, said that the high level of care for art, especially painting, was evident in the Autonomous Republic.
