A personal creative exhibition titled “Memory of Feelings” opened in Nakhchivan
A personal creative exhibition titled “Memory of Feelings” by a member of the Artists’ Union, art therapist Mansur Askerli, was opened at the Bahruz Kangarli Exhibition Hall of the Artists’ Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Before the event, a minute of silence was observed to commemorate the dear memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs.
Chairwoman of the Artists’ Union of Nakhchivan, Honored Artist Ulviyya Hamzayeva spoke about the artist’s creative world. Among the works that the artist has transferred to canvas with colorful colors, the landscapes of Nakhchivan nature and our national values are striking. It was emphasized that the artist also devotes a place to the portrait genre in his work. Portraits of martyrs who sacrificed their dear lives for the freedom and sovereignty of our Motherland occupy a special place among his works.
Among the speakers, Honored Artists Telman Abdinov, Javid Ismayilov, Habiba Allahverdiyeva and others spoke about the artist's multifaceted creativity and wished him creative success.
At the end of the event, artist Mansur Askerli thanked the Nakhchivan Artists' Union and the guests who came to the exhibition for their support in organizing the exhibition.
The author's works "Portrait of Martyr Ibrahim Gasimov", "Portrait of Martyr Bagir Alakbarov", "Dream", "Memory of Feelings", "Dream", "Holy Land", "Royal Shields" and other works are featured in the exhibition.
It should be noted that about 60 works of the artist are exhibited in the "Memory of Feelings" exhibition, which will last until February 22.
The Nakhchivan Artists' Union is open until 20:00 during the exhibition period.
