The 140th anniversary of the great composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli was celebrated in the exhibition hall named after B. Kangarli of the Union of Artists of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty”.
First, the memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs who gave their lives for the territorial integrity of our Motherland was commemorated with respect, and the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played.
As part of the event, a thematic exhibition entitled “The Great Composer” was demonstrated, and the immortal works of Uzeyir Hajibeyli were performed by the “TURAN” vocal-instrumental ensemble with the participation of teachers and students of the Faculty of Arts of NSU.
