He was born on April 30, 1982 in Shakarabad village of Babek region. Artist. Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2009). Chairman of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2011) Member of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan (2015), full member of the UNESCO New Era World Academy of Arts, Academician (2013) and member of the UNESCO International Art Association (2019). He received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Painting from the Faculty of Arts of Nakhchivan State University (1999-2003) and a master's degree in Pedagogical Theory and History from the same university (2003-2006). He worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Fine Arts and Drawing of Nakhchivan State University (2003-2004) and as a senior teacher of the same department (2004-2014). In 2008 he was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. He was elected a Deputy of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the 4th convocation (2010-2015), V (2015-2020) and the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the VI convocation (2020-2025). He is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2010) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He is a dissertation student of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts (2019). He is a researcher of the famous artist Ibrahim Safi. In his works, he mainly reflects nationality, antiquity, mythology and philosophy of life in a semiotic and original way. He is the author of the first monumental sculpture monument erected in Nakhchivan (2001) and Shahbuz (2002) in memory of the victims of the genocide in Azerbaijan. He has had several solo exhibitions, including “One Pearl” at Nakhchivan State University (2000), “Kaleidoscope” at Firat University of the Republic of Turkey (2003), “Buta” at Van University (2006), and “Point-to-Point” at the Nakhchivan Artists Union. 2009), “Antiquity-Modernity” (2012) at the French Embassy in Azerbaijan, “Point-to-Point” at the V.Samadova Exhibition Hall of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2012) and “Portal” at the B.Kangarli Exhibition Hall of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2017). It must also be understood. At the same time, his works are deeply connected with the ancient traditions of Azerbaijani art. Paintings reminiscent of carpets, miniatures and ancient petroglyphs, bring to life fantastic characters from legends and fairy tales. His worldview, which reflects historical accuracy, and his philosophical works, expressed in ancient symbolism "woven" in modern copyrighted graphic techniques, are of great interest and gained him a wide audience. He is the author of more than 10 scientific articles and illustrated many books. He has participated in about 200 mixed and solo exhibitions.
