Khudiyev Jalil Maharram oglu was born on March 21, 1999 in Goshadiza village of Babek region.
In 2015, he graduated from Babek district secondary school.
In 2015, he entered the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​of Nakhchivan University.
During his school years, he took an art class at the Heydar Aliyev Children and Youth Creativity Center's drawing club course.
In 2015, a solo exhibition was organized at the Babek Culture Palace.
The 2nd solo exhibition was held in 2018 at Nakhchivan University.
In 2017, I was nominated for Student of the Year, in 2018 for Young Artist of the Year, and in 2019 for Student of the Year.
In 2018, I participated in an online creative course conducted by the British Embassy and was provided with a certificate.

He also served as a volunteer at many events. He applied facial art, which he studied in Ankara, Turkey, to the European Campus Nakhchivan Festival and was certified by Kestutis Jankuaskas, a representative of the European Union.

He is a member of the Young Artists Department of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR.
