MEHDIYEV Sabir Nagy oglu was born on March 9, 1952 in the city of Mingachevir. Artist. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade (1968-1972) and the Painting Department of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (1972-1978). Member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (1978) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). The artist lives in the Republic of Turkey and is engaged in art in the country. Eskişehir Municipality Cultural Center, Eskişehir State Art Gallery and Istanbul-Aya Sofia Museum hosted individual art exhibitions.
