SAFARLI Ali Alasgar oglu was born on July 1, 1954 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist. Honored Artist of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2014). He studied design at the Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade (1974-1978). He is a member of the Union of Theater Figures of Azerbaijan (1994), the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2005) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He was a participant of the I, II, III and IV International Art Festival "Nakhchivan - the cradle of humanity" (2012, 2014, 2016, 2018).
