ALLAHVERDIYEVA Habiba Rashad gizi was born on 09.06.198 in Kulus village of Shahbuz region. Artist. Honored Artist of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2014). Doctor of Philosophy in Art History (2019). Associate Professor (2021). He is the head of the Art Department of Nakhchivan Teachers' Institute (2020). He graduated from Nakhchivan State University with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Drawing (2002) and a master's degree in History and Theory of Pedagogy (2004). He defended his dissertation at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts (2018). He was elected a Deputy of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the 5th and 6th convocations. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2010) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He worked as a props artist and decorator at the Nakhchivan State Puppet Theater named after MT Sidgi (2001-2005). He worked as a teacher (2005-2019) and head of the department (2019-2020) at the Department of Fine Arts of Nakhchivan State University. The images of national leader Heydar Aliyev dominate in his work. Among the images dedicated to this series by the artist, the works "Portrait of the Great Leader" and "National Leader of the Turkic World" are especially noteworthy. His thematic compositions “Azerbaijan is my homeland”, “Birthday”, “Elegance”, landscapes “Nuhchikhan”, “Cross mountain”, still lifes “Sunflower”, “Quails”, “Pomegranates” and others. Such works can be considered successful both in terms of composition and rich national color. He has repeatedly reported to art lovers and spectators with his solo exhibitions. In 2002, 2008 at Nakhchivan State University, in 2017 in the exhibition hall of the Nakhchivan Artists Union in the exhibition hall dedicated to the memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev "Incarnation of time in colors" and in the same year in Baku in the exhibition hall named after Vajiha Samadova held. Allahverdiyeva Habiba has participated in many exhibitions held in our Republic and in different countries of the world. Ms. Habiba has also participated in many international competitions and festivals. In particular, he took part in the I, II, III, IV and V International Art Festival "Nakhchivan - the cradle of humanity" (2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2021), the I and II underwater painting festival "Our Seas - Our Colors" in Mugla-Fatiha, Turkey. . She is the first Azerbaijani female artist to paint underwater. He is the author of more than 25 scientific and journalistic articles. His works are kept in the Nakhchivan State Art Gallery, Huseyn Javid's House Museum, Bahruz Kangarli Museum, Memorial Museum, Turkey, Iran, the United States and many private collections.
