KHALILOV Rasul Khalil oglu was born on July 20, 1953 in Kulus village of Shahbuz region and died on December 30, 2017 in the same village. Artist. He studied at the Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade (1973-1980). He was a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (1984) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He worked as the head of the drawing circle at the Shahbuz District Children's and Youth Creativity Center (1984-2017). He was a regular participant in the exhibitions of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. His works are preserved in many private collections in Nakhchivan city and Shahbuz district.
