Tolga Akalin

     He was born in Artvin in 1978. The artist completed his academic education at the Painting Department of the Faculty of Education of Gazi University. In 2011, he was assigned to the same university to continue his pedagogical activities. At the beginning of 2015, he continued his work as an Associate Professor at the Görele Fine Arts Faculty of Giresun University. The artist opened eight individual exhibitions in Turkey and participated in more than a hundred group exhibitions. The artist's paintings are preserved in many state institutions and private collections. He participated in symposia held in many countries, including America, Hungary, Cyprus and Egypt. He has books, articles, reports in the field of art. He is an honorary member of the Nakhchivan Artists Union.
