MAMMADLI Hokuma Asgar gizi was born on March 12, 1975 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist. Azerbaijan State Art School named after Azim Azimzade. He studied at the Faculty of Decorative and Applied Arts (1994-1997) and at the Nakhchivan State University, majoring in Fine Arts and Painting (2003-2007). He is a member of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2014). He is the director of the Nakhchivan State Art Gallery (2016). “Nakhchivan-95” won the second place in the graphic nomination in the festival-competition “Colors of my country” organized by the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2019). Participated in the V International Art Festival "Nakhchivan - the cradle of mankind" (2021). Nakhchivan actively participates in all events and exhibitions held by the Union of Artists. He prefers graphic techniques in his work. His works are preserved in many private collections in Baku and Nakhchivan.
