Guliyeva Turkan Mahammadali gizi was born on December 3, 1995 in Gahab village of Babek region.
In 2013, he graduated from Gahab village secondary school named after Babek Aliyev.
In 2015, he entered Nakhchivan State University, Faculty of Arts, majoring in Fine Arts Teaching. During his studies at the university, he participated in various exhibitions organized by Nakhchivan State University and Nakhchivan Artists' Union and was awarded certificates, diplomas and honorary degrees. He graduated from the university in 2019 with honors.
On May 29, 2019, Nakhchivan State University hosted a solo exhibition entitled "Colorful Ziya".
On July 2, 2019, he entered the Master's Center of Nakhchivan State University, majoring in Art History (History and Theory of Fine Arts) and is currently studying in the first year of this specialty.
He is a member of the Young Artists Department of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR.
He participated in many exhibitions and competitions held in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
