MEHDIYEV Vugar Valeh oglu was born on June 7, 1988 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist. He studied at Nakhchivan State University as a teacher of Fine Arts and Calligraphy (2006-2010). He is a member of the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2013) and the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2015). Works as a director at the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Nakhchivan AR (2011). He is a participant of the I, II, III, IV and V International Art Festival "Nakhchivan - the cradle of mankind" (2012, 2014, 2016, 2018, 2021). Regularly participates in events and competitions held by the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. His works are kept in the Nakhchivan State Art Gallery and in many private collections.
