MAMMADOV Samad Asgar oglu was born on 15.05.1956 in Nazarabad village of Babek region. Artist. He graduated from Baku Art School No. 84 with a degree in Design (1974-1976) and Nakhchivan State University as a Primary School Teacher (1983-1988). He is a member of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2014). In 1990-1996 he worked as the director of the Aesthetic Education Center of Nakhchivan AR. Designer at the Nakhchivan State Museum of History (1976) and the Palace of Pioneers and Schoolchildren in Nakhchivan (1979), at the Nakhchivan City Palace of Pioneers and Schoolchildren (1981), at the Art Studio of the Aesthetic Education Center of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (1996-2002) and at the Baku Children's and was the head of the Art Club at the Youth Palace (2004-2012). He is also a tutor at Baku Boarding School No. 2 (2003-2004) and at Didivar village secondary school. He worked as the head of the department (2012-2020). His works are preserved in many private collections in foreign countries such as Turkey, Iran, Nakhchivan and Baku.
