BAYRAMOV Eldar Bayram oglu. He was born on January 29, 1969 in the city of Julfa. Artist. He studied at Baku Technical Vocational School No. 84 "Executive Artist in Advertising" (1986-1988) and Baku State University, majoring in Journalism (1994-1996). He is a member of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2017). He mainly works in various genres of painting. His works are dominated by views of the native region of Julfa. He works as a teacher of fine arts at school No. 1 in Julfa (1997-2021). Actively participates in exhibitions and competitions organized by the Union of Artists.
