MAMMADOVA Laman Aslan gizi was born on June 16, 1978 in the city of Nakhchivan. Artist, art critic. He received a bachelor's degree (1995-1999) from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts and a master's degree in cultural studies from the same University (1999-2001). He is a senior lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts of Nakhchivan State University (2001). He is a member of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR (2017). He was awarded an incentive diploma in the poster nomination at the festival-competition "Colors of my country" "Nakhchivan-95" organized by the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (2019). He is the author of more than 60 scientific works, monographs, textbooks and programs, scientific articles and teaching aids. His articles have been published in Turkey, the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, Germany and others. published in countries. He was awarded the diploma of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic "For effective services in the field of propaganda of our national values" (2017). He is an active participant of exhibitions held in the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. His works are preserved in many private collections in Baku and Nakhchivan.
