KHALILOV Mahir Khanlar oglu 14.03.1960 He was born in Karkibash village of Basarkechar region of Goycha district of Western Azerbaijan. Artist. Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogy (2006). He studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University named after Nasraddin Tusi (1982-1987). Since 987 he has been working at the Department of Fine Arts of Nakhchivan State University. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan (2010) and the Union of Artists of Nakhchivan AR (2012). He is the author of more than 15 scientific articles and 2 methodical aids. He is an active participant in exhibitions and events held at the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR. His works are preserved in many private collections in foreign countries such as Russia, Turkey and Iran, as well as in Baku, Ganja, Sumgayit and Nakhchivan.
