On October 26, an exhibition-competition of handicrafts of creative youth, including children with disabilities, was held at the Bahruz Kangarli Exhibition Hall of the Artists' Union.

Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ulviya Hamzayeva, employee of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Ilaha Hagverdiyeva, employee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection Arturan Mardanov spoke about youth policy in the autonomous republic, state care for creative and talented youth. provided information on the conditions created for people with disabilities. They also said that the purpose of the competition is to reveal the skills of talented young people, increase self-confidence in children with disabilities and their integration into society, to identify talented children from this group. About 100 handicrafts of 49 young people and children with disabilities were submitted to the competition. Khudanli Veysal (decorative), Novruzov Firuz (painting), Hasanli Mahammad, Pashayev Eldar, Guliyev Zafar, Zamanova Nurtaj, Huseynov Arzu, Jalilov Abbas were awarded the first places in painting and decorative applied arts by the jury. Valiyeva Leyla, Muradova Sakina, Ibadzade Ziya, Seyidova Maisa, Maharramov Kamil, Baylarova Hajar, Muradova Inji, Askerova Jala and Huseynzadeh Novruz were awarded with diplomas, honorary diplomas and valuable gifts by the organizers for their achievements in the competition.
