The purpose of the Art Battle among young artists is to spend their free time effectively, to identify and introduce young talents, to create healthy competition among them. Then Jabi Guliyev, Executive Director of the Youth Foundation, Tahir Mammadli, Head of the Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Telman Abdinov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mahammadali Alakbarov and Ali Safarli, Honored Artists of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic spoke about the state care for young people in the autonomous republic. and noted that the young people participating in the competition, in addition to demonstrating their skills and talents, effectively organized their free time. They called on young people to take an active part in similar competitions to be held in the future and congratulated the winners. It should be noted that the first stage of the competition was held on April 4, 2019 in the open air - in the Artists' Park named after Bahruz Kangarli with the participation of 20 young artists. At the end of the day, the winners were determined based on the votes of the appointed jury and residents of Nakhchivan. Thus, Rajabov Mikayil, a student of Nakhchivan Teachers 'Institute, Hajar Baylarova, a student of Nakhchivan State Technical College, Hajiyev Chinar, a student of Nakhchivan Teachers' Institute, Jalil Khudiyev, a student of Nakhchivan University, Aslanov Nihad, a student of Nakhchivan State University, Kazimli Konul were awarded the third place. .
