The "final master class" of drawing and handicrafts was held among the students and creative children participating in the master classes in the Autonomous Republic.

On December 16, 1995, at a parliamentary session, Mr. Vasif Talibov was elected Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The great attention and care of the Head of the Autonomous Republic to the fine arts - painting, did not go beyond the small talents, the conditions created created in them a desire to develop their talents, constantly increase their skills and knowledge.
On December 16, 2019, in the exhibition hall of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic named after B.Kangarli, the "final master class" of drawing and handicrafts was held among the students and creative children participating in the master classes on the Autonomous Republic. About 200 works by 97 students were displayed at the exhibition-competition "Little Talents". The master expresses his deep gratitude to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture for their close participation in our classes.
Our master classes will continue in 2020!
