Nakhchivan hosted a report exhibition of young artists and presentation of certificates - PHOTO

An event was held on November 23, 2020 in the Exhibition Hall named after Bahruz Kangarli of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The Bahruz Kangarli Exhibition Hall hosted a report exhibition of members of the Young Artists Department and the presentation of membership cards to them.

Speaking at the event, Ulviyya Hamzayeva, MP, Chairman of the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, said that the Young Artists' Department established under the Artists' Union of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will shed light on the path of young artists in the autonomous republic. Young people who are or want to become members will be able to work together with our professional artists, exchange ideas and come up with new projects. It is planned to hold their exhibitions in the future.

The exhibition features 75 paintings by 25 young people.

Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan Telman Abdinov, Honored Artists of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ali Safarov and Mahammadali Alakbarov, Dean of the Faculty of Arts of Nakhchivan State University Javid Ismayilov, Dean of the Faculty of Nature and Art of Nakhchivan Teachers' Institute Rovshan Valiyev spoke at the event.

At the end, the exhibition was viewed after the young people were presented with diplomas of the Artists' Union and membership cards to the Young Artists section.
