IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ACTION PLAN to be implemented in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in connection with the "September 27 Remembrance Day" On September 24, an exhibition entitled "HEROES ARE NOT FORGOTTEN" was held at the Exhibition Hall of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic named after B. Kangarli.

The event was opened by Ulviyya Hamzayeva, Chairman of the Artists' Union of Nakhchivan AR, Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Member of the Milli Majlis and YAP Board.

Martyrs of the Great Patriotic War were commemorated with a minute of silence.

In his speech, People's Artist, Professor Huseyngulu Aliyev paid tribute to the families of martyrs. Mayis Gulmammadov, the father of the martyr Amin Gulmammadov, spoke on behalf of the martyr's families.

We express our deep gratitude to the members of the Artists 'Union by the Artists' Union for their responsible and hard work! About 65 works by 25 artists have been exhibited at the exhibition.

Portraits of our martyrs who took part in the Second Karabakh War were presented to their families at the exposition.
